Ankles: Dorsiflexion 1-25

Equipment needed: 1. Mobility or la crosse ball or Foam Roller or KB and 2. PVC or broom stick or wall for support. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the ankles. We are focusing on increasing ankle dorsiflexion and starting with a self active release technique and then moving on to eccentrics and activation work. Get after it guys!

Shoulders: Rhomboids 1-21

Equipment needed: Lacrosse ball or mobility ball. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the shoulders. We are focusing on the rhomboid musculature for the self active release portion and then working to get your scapula aka shoulder blades moving optimally with activation techniques. Get after it guys!

Hips and Shoulders: 1-19

Equipment needed: PVC or broom stick and padded mat. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the hips and shoulders. We are getting after a lot of activation today! We are targeting all of the musculature on the front of the hip, as well as the musculature on the side of torso and shoulders that are involved in rotation . Have fun with this one guys!

Ankles and Feet 1-18

Equipment needed: Box or chair, and PVC pipe or Broom stick or Wall, and Mobility ball or kettle bell or Foam Roller. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the ankles and feet. We are targeting the soleus musculature with the self active release portion and then moving on to joint mobilizations and activation work for the ankles. Get it guys!
