Neck and Shoulders: 4-18

Equipment needed: 1. Lacrosse or mobility Ball. 2. Padded Mat. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the neck and shoulders. We are focusing on the traps and levator scapulae with a self-passive release, and following that up with range of motion, stretch and activation work for the neck and shoulders. Get it guys!

Hips and Upper Body: 4-17

Equipment needed: 1. Lacrosse or mobility Ball. 2. Padded Mat. 3. PVC or broom or mop. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the hips and upper body. We are focusing on the TFL with a self passive release technique and then moving onto rotational stretching/activation for the hips and upper body. Have fun guys!

Wrists and Shoulders: 4-14

Equipment needed: 1. Lacrosse or mobility Ball. 2. Padded Mat. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the wrists and shoulders. We are starting off with a wrist flexor self-active release technique and then moving on to wrist end-range stretch isometrics and shoulder full range activation. Get it guys!

Flow: 4-12

Equipment needed: 1. Padded mat. Today is a flow day! We are working on just about everything today, with a focus on the hips. Flow days are a new addition and we are going to be adding in a couple of flows per week. Today includes a challenging movement, but you have options to perform the movement. Equipment needed: 1. Lacrosse or mobility Ball. 2. Padded Mat. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the shoulders and t-spine. We are starting off with a self-passive release for your rotator cuff musculature and then moving on to activation work for the shoulders and t-spine. Have fun guys!

Equipment needed: 1. Foam roller. 2. Padded mat. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the lateral chain or lateral side of your body. We are starting off with a self-passive release, and then moving on to activation stretching in all ranges of motion for your upper body . Get it guys!
