Equipment needed: 1. Mobility or la crosse ball or Foam Roller or KB and 2. PVC or broom stick or wall for support. Today we are working on the flexibility, mobility, and stability of the ankles. We are focusing on increasing ankle dorsiflexion and starting with a self active release technique and then moving on to eccentrics and activation work. Get after it guys!
